A C70 flight, carrying 156 stranded Indians in Sudan, reached Tiruvananthapuram in Kerala. Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, V.K. Singh, who had initiated the evacuation of Indians from the strife torn land, landed along with them. The Indians are being brought back by special flights, on the initiative of Modi as well as Union Foreign Affairs department, he said. After dropping the Keralites, the plane took off with the remaining passengers to other states. Another C70 flight carrying some more Indians from Sudan is expected to arrive today.
