Acute water scarcity prevails in Nizams Institute of Medicine and Surgery (NIMS) in Hyderabad. The patients and their attenders are facing untold misery to get some water to drink. Dialysis ward in the hospital has been shut down, due to lack of water. Even though they have been facing this situation from the past two days, the hospital staff have not responded amicably, the people said. They are buying water which is proving expensive. The problem has occurred due to the negligence of Metro Water Supply authorities, the NIMS officials said.
