In a programme, 2 Minutes for Health, Dr. Shika Sharma has given five uses of curry leaves for a healthy living. Curry leaves can be used for curing morning sickness (nauseau), as a herbal tonic for digestion, as a deterrent for diarrhoea, as a cholesterol killer and for pre-mature grey hair. Though curry leaves are used in daily cooking, its advantages can be extended to other areas of health, the doctor revealed.
