Unique green-coloured caves were discovered, at Devarcherla, on the borders of Nalgonda and Mahbubnagar district, in archeological surveys. The green caves, said to be dating back to at least a thousand years ago, were discovered in Kasirajipalli. They are unique because of the leaf green and golden hues on them.
