140 pilgrims from Hindupur in Anantapur district, who went on Chardham pilgrimage, are stranded at Badrinath, due to floods in Uttarkhand. The roads have been washed away and many bridges are broken. The pilgrims have taken shelter in a choultry and are staying there from the past four days, it is reported. The AP government is taking all steps to get these pilgrims back.
