Ashok Khemka, the IAS officer who cancelled a land deal involving Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra, has once again been transferred by the state's BJP government. Ashok Khemka is transferred to post in state archaeology department just four months after appointment of him as state transport commissioner. This will be his 46th transfer in 22 years of service as an IAS officer. IAS officer tweeted that 'Moment truly painful,' after his 45th transfer.
