High Court reserved its verdict on JUDAs strike case today after hearing arguments in the case . Telangana Advocate General argued that doctors continuing the strike is unconstitutional as Government has agreed to four of their demands out of 5. He argued that they have to serve one year rural service compulsorily otherwise the Esma act would be invoked. Government also stated that special protection is provided for doctors and Rs. 8 crore is also allotted for the same along with doubling the increment.
