TS Govt to take back land allotted to Rosaiah's son-in-law

Hyderabad, Dec 25, 2014: In a major shock to former chief minister of united AP and Tamil Nadu Governor Rosaiah, Telangana Government has decided to take back the one acre land allotted to his son-in-law led Neonatal Intensive Care & Emergencies - NICE FOUNDATION in the ITI ( Industrial Training Institute ) campus at Mallepally in Hyderabad. During his tenure as CM of united AP, Rosaiah had allotted the one acre land to to the Foundation for a meager amount of Rs. 1 Cr. Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy, who inspected the Institute along with Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya on Wednesday, told reporters that the land allotment to the Foundation was made in violation of rules. The most unfortunate thing is that the Foundation did not pay the cost of the land till today to the labour department which owns the land ."But, the Foundation had constructed buildings on the allotted land," he said, adding that the Government would take back the land.
