KTR wraps up Davos tour, Telangana attracts Rs 4,200 crore investments

Hyderabad: The visit to the Davos Summit, which was undertaken by Minister for Industries and IT KTR with an aim of attracting investments to Telangana, came to an end. It is known that KTR attended the World Economic Forum annual summit in Davos from May 22 to 26. The conference ended on Thursday ... KTR also met several industrialists in the Swiss capital Zurich on Friday and announced the end of the Davos tour on Friday.

KTR said he was able to attract an investment of Rs 4,200 crore for Telangana in the Davos summit which lasted for five days. “ I am able to achieve these investments by attending 45 business meetings four round table meetings and four-panel discussions.”

It may be recalled that before Davos' summit, he toured London, and in total, he had spent 10 days on a foreign tour to attract more investments to Telangana.  “An extremely productive trip comes to an end! It's a fruitful & fulfilling 10-day trip to UK & Davos,” tweeted KTR.
