T people wanted to live with dignity: Kodandaram

Siddipet,  May.18: Telangana JAC chairman Prof. M Kodandaram has stated that the people of the Telangana wanted separate State to live with self-respect only.

Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Kodandaram expressed anger at the rulers saying that the latter were not allowing anybody to speak openly. The state government has been trying to shift the dharna chowk only to curb the right of questioning. He questioned the TRS government to tell as to what was the benefit of achieving Telangana even in separate state the Andhra contractors were fulfilling their pockets.

It was atrocious on the part of the state government to handcuff the farmers, who asked for the minimum support price for their produce, he bemoaned. Calling upon the peoples’ organizations to wage movements united for the solution of problems, Kodandaram said that the movement would be intensified with united movements.
