Venkatesh's 'Guru' releasing in April?

Victory Venkatesh's Guru movie was supposed to release on Jan 26th was postponed due to unknown reasons. The makers have confirmed that the movie will have a summer release in the recent teaser.

Now, as per the reports, it is known that Guru release will be in April as a summer treat for the Venky fans. Venkatesh is playing as a boxing coach in the movie and Ritika Singh is the female lead. Santosh Narayanan of 'Kabali' fame composed the songs and the music was yet to be out, the makers are planning to unveil the audio album before the release to have good hype on the movie.

Sudha K Prasad is the director of the film and the movie was a remake of Tamil movie 'Irudhi Suttru'. The shoot of the movie was already completed and an official confirmation on movie's release date is awaited from the makers.
