Akhilesh Gets 'Cycle'
New Delhi: Election Commission is set to end the suspense over 'Cycle' Symbol. Ram Gopal Yadav (Akhilesh troop) told that Akhilesh faction has received cycle symbol.
An EC official also confirmed the latest development and said "The group led by CM Akhilesh Yadav is entitled to use the 'cycle' symbol".
Earlier, after hearing the arguments from both sides Election Commission reserved its verdict on 'cycle' symbol making both groups fingers crossed.
Just ahead of election it would be a big boost to UP CM Akhilesh Yadav who is seeking a second consecutive term.
UP is set to face 7 phase polling beginning Feb 11th. After hearing the news Akhilesh troop started celebrations across the State.
The latest development will surely alter the political scenario of the State politics. Congress party is looking forward to make an alliance with Akhilesh.
