Hyderabad, Aug.25: Leaders of different political parties have expressed doubts that the MoU with Maharashtra government on irrigation projects may not be beneficial to Telangana people.

Former judge of High Court Chandrakumar said, “It was not proper on the part of the Chief Minister to say that those who oppose the MoU would be sent to jail”, Chandrakumar said and alleged that Telangana government has mortgaged the State’s interests with Maharashtra government which has put condition in MoU.

An all-party meeting was organised at Press Club Somajiguda by Telangana rytu sangham. TDP leader Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy said KCR has no respect for experts of irrigation sector, judiciary and Parliament.
