Actor venkatesh lauds AP govt for good arrangements at pushkar ghats

Vijayawada, Aug.21: Cine actor Daggubati Venkatesh showered praises on the arrangements for the Krishna Pushkaralu made by the Andhra Pradesh State. Stating that the Krishna river had a great history, Venkatesh wished to have the blessings of Krishna river. He along with his producer-brother Suresh Babu offered ‘Pinda Pradanam’ on his father’s name. Later, he participated in the ‘Annadanam’ organized by MP Kesineni Nani and his friends at Bandar Road. Venkatesh served food personally to the devotees. AP ministers - Kamineni Srinivas, Paritala Sunitha participated in the program. Speaking on the occasion, the Ministers said providing the free meal every day to seven and a half lakh devotees was a great record. They said they were feeling happy as the devotees from Adilabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Nalgonda and Khammam of Telangana State were coming to Andhra Pradesh Pushkar Ghats
