Hyderabad, July 5: Industries and IT Minister KT Rama Rao today complained to Union Commerce Minister Nirmala Sitaraman that Andhra Pradesh Government has violated norms by copying their application of “ease of doing business” program of Telangana Government.

In a letter addressed to Nirmala Sitaraman, KT Rama Rao accused some states are making a mockery of democracy for ranks and bringing the bad name to the Centre by failing to follow stipulated norms. Our online Application has been copied by the AP Government he alleged.

The Telangana government used a unique reference number for online applications meant for seeking permissions for industries. Though the AP Government has not that policy, it used the words such as “submission reference number” in their application which is violation and copy of our application he charged. KTR urged the Centre to take serious steps against the violation and prevent recurrence of the same.
