Justice Bhosale meets CJI on Telangana lawyers' demand

The acting Chief Justice of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, Justice Dilip Bhoale, is conducting crucial talks with the Chief Justice of India, Justice TS Thakur, on Saturday on the situation arising out of the Telangana lawyers agitation in Hyderabad and the resultant suspension of some of the lower court judges.

The Chief Justices are expected to take a crucial decision on the suspension of the judges of the lower courts.

The Judges are also expected to take a decision on the splitting of the AP High Court which had to be done in the wake of the split of the combined AP.
The Telangana lawyers, who played a vanguard role in the split of the State, now want the High court also to be split.
The Telangana chief Minister, K. Chandrasekhar Rao, had threatened to stage a dharna at Jantar-Mantar in New Delhi in support of the demand for a split of the High Court. Union Law Minister Sadananda Gouda, responding welcomed the CM's decision. Now Telangana lawyers are also planning a chalo Delhi
