EAMCET counselling starts on July 5, classes open July29

The Telangana Government has decided to conduct Eamcet 2016 Counseling for admission to various courses from July 5, second phase on July 27 and classes will start from July 29. Speaking to mediapersons in the Secretariat on Wednesday, Deputy Chief Minister in-charge of Education Kadiam Srihari said he would clarify later on the number of engineering colleges and the fee structure. Options can be availed by the students on July 10 and 11, payment of fees through challan and reporting at the respective colleges will be July 21. In the schedule announced, he said verification of certificates and exercising options would be held on July 24 and 25 as part of final phase and allocation of courses would be done on July 27. Srihari said the total number of engineering colleges would be announced as the exercise for engineering admissions was on.
