Hyderabad, June 26: Union Minister of State of Home Kiren Rijij today appealed to the TRS government to ensure every welfare and development program launched by the Central government to reach downtrodden sections in the State.

Addressing the media at State party office at Nampally here on Sunday, the Union minister said though the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has initiated various programs for development of the country, the fruits of these programs were not reaching the have-nots in the non-BJP ruled States.

Taking potshots at non-BJP ruled States, Kiren Rijij said every paisa being given by the Centre to the State governments belonged to the people. The people should remain alert and realize that the money being spent by the ruling party was being sent by the Centre and belonged to people.
