After attacking women, AAP MLA cries for media help

Sat, Jun 25, 2016, 03:26 PM
Ruling AAP leaders in Delhi are a law unto themselves, slapping senior citizens and abusing women who come to seek the administration's help, but want the law to save them while denying it to the people in general.

The facts of the case are a senior citizen and some women went to the Jal Board vice-president, Dinesh Mohaniya, AAP MLA, with their grievances on Friday.
Since he thought they were helpless, Mohaniya got enraged at some point. He slapped the elderly man and also banged on his head and abused women, when they went to him demanding water for their locality.

Thus humiliated the people went to the Serai police station and lodged their respective complaints, which come under the non-bailable category. The women lodged a complaint about molestation and another for outraging the modesty of women.

Knowing the police were coming to get him on Saturday, Mohaniya smartly arranged a press conference and went on talking about unrelated matters abusive of the BJP.

So, when the police arrived and asked him to go with them to the police station, Mohaniya cried helpless, saying, `Dekho, kaisa police zulum kar rahin hai.' But the police quietly went on with their job of persuading and pulling Mahaniya out of his office and to the waiting van.

TV Cameramen meanwhile secured their tangled wires from among persons in the office as Mohaniya was taken away.
