Mudragada breaks his fast, but puts more conditions

Wed, Jun 22, 2016, 11:38 AM
Although he had called off his fast, Kapu supremo Mudragada Padmanabham is not willing to go to his residence at Kirlampudi to have food on the ground that he should be officially received at his residence with lime juice etc.

Riding on his wave of luck getting all his coditions conceded by the State government, Mudragada came out with a fresh set of conditions. These include that he be accompanied by all the 13 Tuni arsonists who have been granted bail to Kirlampudi from the Rajahmundry Government Hospital. As he reaches his residence, the East Godavari district collector and the Superintendent of Police should receive him with lime juice.

The police on behalf of the government told Mudragada there was no question of kowtowing anymore to him. They have conceded enough, including granting bail to the arsonists behind the train burning.

There was no question of the government conceding anymore. The government is believed to have told the police against any further concession.
