Tense situation prevails at Anantapur city
Tense situation is prevailed at Saptagiri Circle in Anantapur city this evening. It is known that YSRCP president and Leader of Oppositon Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy planned deeksha at Ambedkar Statue in the city over the alleged attacks on their party leaders by TDP leaders in the district. However, the police said that they did not give permission for the program to YSRCP leaders. YSRCP leaders clarified that Jagan would protest at Ambedkar statue itself and on the other side, TDP workers are trying to create obstacles for the program of YSRCP. Police are deployed in large number to prevent any untoward incident in the city.
