TDP MP Sivaprasad dons Ambedkar role to regret SCS denial to AP

Chittoor TDP MP Sivaprasad on Monday took up Babasaheb Ambedkar's Avatar at the Gandhi statue in Parliament House, attracting visitors who went on clicking their cell phones. Sivaprasad, who lashed himself in Parliament House in the last term, to protest against the split of the combined AP in his last Avatar, changed the punchline this time. As Ambedkar with his characteristic pointing of the finger at the House and the Book of Constitution in his left-arm, the thespian regretted that the AP Law, as made by last Parliament, was not being implemented in toto. The Ambedkar Avatar said: `What! Such injustice is being meted out to Andhra Pradesh? Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is facing so many financial difficulties despite the promise of five-year Special Category Status by the then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and more than reiterated by BJP MP, Venkaiah Naidu, who had extended the SCS for 10 years on his own? `What! Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu has now gone back on his word of 10-year SCS?' Sivaprasad expressed regrets in his new Avatar as Dr Ambedkar. The visitors, who clicked the pictures of the Ambedkar Avatar exclaimed, `He really looks like Dr Ambedkar with the pointing finger and the Book of Constitution.' Is Parliament listening to Ambedkar Avatar?
