Auction assets, pay proceeds to aggrieved, AP HC tells Agri Gold Management

The Andhra Pradesh High Court told Agri Gold management on Friday that it was the last chance being given to them. If they do not come up with a convincing plan to satisfy the court by March 24, else the court would take severe action. The court told the parties in the Agri Gold case, `This is the last chance for you. You will not get the opportunity again. You have the experience. Comply with the auctioning of the assets. Distribute the proceeds among the aggrieved people. Else, the court would take severe action.' The AP CID on its part said that it was investigating the case. It would be submitting the report to the court. The court also directed the company Chairman Paulson that he would have to attend all adjournments. The Judge further directed the AP CID that all Agri Gold directors ought to be arrested. Directing all the parties to come up with comprehensive details, the court adjourned the hearing to March 24.
