KTR fulfils merited student's wish

Telangana IT Minister K. Tarakarama Rao has fulfilled the wish of a merited student, who had to change three hospitals and undergo an operation, to see him. Santosh, the child of Krishnarjuna Rao and Jyoti of Khammam, secured 95% in the X public exam from a government school. But soon he had to be hospitalized in Khammam following acute pain in the stomoch. He was shifted to the Yashoda hospital in Hyderabad, where an operation was performed on him. Since he had not recovered, he was shifted to NIMS. There he was met by Make a Wish Foundation. Santosh expressed a desire to see KTR. The foundation informed KTR about the boy's wish. On New Year's Day, KTR visited NIMS along with Health Minister Laxma Reddy to fulfil the boy's wish. The IT Minister gave a bounty to the boy. Confidently telling the boy that his health would improve, the minister assured him that the government would finance his higher education also. Santosh was elated. "Not only did KTR come to see me, he also would finance my higher education," the boy beamed.
