AP assembly's winter session at Thulluru

Hyderabad, Oct 7: A 5-day winter session of Andhra Pradesh assembly is to be held during the last week of December at Thulluru close to the venue of the foundation stone laying ceremony in Amaravati of Guntur district. Taking a decision on this issue, the government is believed to have decided to give the responsibility of conducting the assembly session to a private consultancy. According to reports, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is said to have approved Speaker Kodela Shiva Prasada Rao's proposal to accommodate the MLAs at government guest houses between Vijayawada and Guntur. The speaker is believed to have urged Baba Ramdev to give yoga training to the MLAs either one day before or after the assembly session in December.
