Rosaiah gets reprieve from High Court

Hyderabad, Oct 06: The Hyderabad High Court today dismissed a case filed against Tamil Nadu Governor Konijeti Rosaiah and nine others in connection with the allotment of nine acres government land in Ameerpet to private persons. It may be noted that Anti-Corruption Bureau filed the case on Rosaiah and others for allocating 9 acres land worth Rs 500 crore to private persons. Rosaiah today filed a petition to quash the charges and the court dismissed the case for want of evidence. It may be recalled that Rosaiah served as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
