TRS govt shocker to DK Aruna
Hyderabad, Oct 04: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials recovered land claimed by Congress leader DK Aruna, near Jubilee Hills Check Post in Hyderabad. The officials demolished structures in the 400 square yards plot worth Rs 40 crore located adjacent to petrol bunk in the posh Jubilee Hills Check Post area. Tension prevailed for a while as DK Aruna's relatives and followers stopped the officials from demolishing structures in the plot. The officials said that the plot was marked as vacant in the society layout plan and Aruna's husband Bharatasimha Reddy and society did not have any rights on it. It may be noted that Bharatasimha Reddy and Jubilee Hills Housing Society moved to court claiming ownership of the land.
