Hyderabad, Sept 30: Union ministers and Andhra Pradesh Chief Ministers N Chandrababu Naidu today participated in the foundation stone laying ceremony for BEL plant at Palasamudram village in Gorantla mandal of Anantapur district. Ministers Manohar Parrikar and Venkaiah Naidu were the central ministers who took part in the function.
