Ingredients:

1.Besan flour
2.Curd
3.Salt
4.Red chilli powder
5.Green chillies
6.Turmeric
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Tempering seeds
10.Garlic
11.Rice flour
12.Coriander powder
13.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add besan flour,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well with water,prepare bajji batter.
2.Heat oil for deep frying,now drop besan batter in hot oil like small bajji and deep fry.
3.Fry till nice golden colour and keep aside.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,red chillies,turmeric and saute for a minute.
5.Add curd and mix well,add garlic,green chilli,cumin paste,some water and mix well.
6.Sprinkle some rice flour and mix well without any lumps.Bring it to boil for few minutes.
7.Finally add bajji to boiling pan,cook for a minute and switch off the flame.Serve with garnished coriander leaves.
