Ginger Paneer Parata

Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Paneer grated 1/2 cup
3.Green chillies 4
4.Ginger small piece
5.Salt to taste
6.Butter 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Blend green chillies,ginger into a coarse paste.
2.Take a bowl combine wheat flour,paneer,salt,ginger green chilli paste and mix well with water and prepare a stiff dough.
3.Divide the dough into equal portions,roll them into a paratha by dusting some dry flour.
4.Meanwhile heat a skillet by drizzling some butter,place the paratha and cook evenly on both sides by greasing some butter.Coook till brown spots appear on both sides.Serve hot.
