Gongura Capsicum Curry

Gongura Capsicum Curry

Ingredients:

1.Gongura 2 cups
2.Capsicum 2
3.Onion chopped 2
4.Tomato 1
5.Green chillies 3
6.Turmeric powder
7.Red chilli powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
10.Curry leaves
11.Coriander leaves
12.Oil 2 tbsp
13.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan add onions,green chillies and saute till nice golden colour.
2.Add capsicum,tomato,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till tender.
3.Add ginger garlic paste,fried gongura paste,red chillli powder and mix well,cook for another few minutes.
4.Add some water as required and sprinkle some garam masala powder,cover and cook for 2 minutes.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leave.Serve hot
