Goruchikkudu Senagapappu

Ingredients:

1.Goru Chikkudu 1/4 kilo boiled
2.Chana dal 1 cup boiled
3.Turmeric powder a pinch
4.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
5.Dried red chillies 2
6.Green chillies 2
7.Curry leaves
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil 2 tbsp
10.Coriander leaves
11.Coconut grated

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add driede red chillies and saute for few seconds,tempering seeds and saute.
2.Add green chillies,curry leaves,goruchikkudu,chana dal and mix well.
3.Add salt and cook for few minutes on medium flame.Sprinkle some coriander leaves ad mix well.Cook for another few minutes till done.
4.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coconut grated and serve hot.
