Ingredients:

1.Basmati rice 1 cup
2.Sugar 1 cup
3.Cashew nuts 10 grams
4.Kismis
5.Badam sliced
6.Watermelon seeds 1 tbsp
7.Whole garam masala
8.Food colour a pinch
9.Cardamom powder
10.Milk 2 tbsp
11.Ghee 1/4 cup

Preparation:

1.Heat some ghee in a pan,fry dry fruit till nice golden colour and keep aside.
2.In the same pan add whole garam masala and saute for few seconds.Add soaked rice,2 cups water and mix well.
3.Dissolve kesar colour in milk and mix well,pour this mixture into boiling rice and bring it to boil.
4.Cover and cook for 10 minutes.Add cashew nut,badam powder,sugar,dry fruits and mix well till sugar melts.
5.Cook for few minutes and switch off the stove,sprinkle some cardamom powder,fried dry fruits and serve hot.
