Oats Bellam Gavvalu

Ingredients:

1.Oats
2.Jaggery
3.Maida
4.Corn flour
5.Cardamom
6.Salt
7.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl combine maida,oats powder both in equal ratios,corn flour 2 tbsp,salt and mix well and prepare a dough.
2.Drizzle some oil and knead well.
3.Heat oil for deep frying.
4.On other side prepare jaggery syrup by adding some water.Prepare thread consistency syrup.
5.Prepare gavvalu by taking marble size dough and press it on gavvala peeta.
6.Now deep fry gavvalu in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden brown colour.
7.Sprinkle some cardamom powder in jaggery syrup and mix well.Finally add gavvalu in jaggery syrup and mix well,soak for few minutes and transfer into a bowl.Serve
