Semiya Greenpeas Pulav

Ingredients:

1.Semiya 1 1/2 cup
2.Boiled Green peas 1 cup
3.Cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
4.Carrot 1
5.Capsicum chopped 3/4 cup
6.Cashew nuts
7.Coriander leaves
8.Whole garam masala
9.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
10.Salt to taste
11.Green chillies 3
12.Onion sliced 1
13.Pudina
14.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
15.Ghee 2 tbsp
16.Oil 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,fry semiya for few minutes till nice golden brown colour.
2.In the same pan add whole garam masala,onions and fry for a minute.Add green chillies,ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes off.
3.Add cabbage,carrot,capsicum and fry for few minutes,Add pudina,green peas and fry for another few minute.
4.Now add 2 cups water,garam masala powder,salt and bring it to boil by covering a lid.
5.Heat some ghee in a pan,fry cashew nuts and keep aside.Add fried semiya to boiling water and cook for few minutes till done.Add cashew nuts and serve hot.
