Aratikaya Kova Laddu

Ingredients:

1.Aratikaya 1
2.Kova 50 grams
3.Ghee 50 grams
4.Sugar 50 grams
5.Cashew nuts 10 grams
6.Anjeer
7.Badam chopped
8.Coconut grated 1/2 cup

Preparation:

1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add anjeer,coconut,kova and saute for few minutes.
2.Add sugar and fry till sugar melts,add aratikaya paste and mix well.
3.Cook for few minutes till it turns into a thick consistency.Switch off the flame and transfer into a bowl,rest aside to cool down the mixture.
4.Grease your palms with ghee and prepare laddoos,garnish with cashew nut,badam.Serve immediately.
