Mutton Kheema Dum Biryani

Ingredients:

1.Mutton
2.Curd
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Basmati rice
5.Salt
6.Red chilli powder
7.Cinnamon
8.Cardamom
9.Marathi Mogga
10.Turmeric
11.Shajeera
12.Cardamom
13.Lemon juice
14.Onions
15.Garam masala powder
16.Green chillies
17.Pudina
18.Coriander
19.Oil

Preparation
:


1.Boil mutton keema in water till tender and keep aside,drain excess water.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,pudina,coriander paste,slitted green chillies,curd,lemon juice,turmeric,salt and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions and saute till golden brown colour.
4.Boil basamati ny adding some garam masala powder,salt,half cook the rice and keep aside.
5.Take a deep pan,add fried onions,oil,marinated mutton keema mixture and spread.Top level add half cooked rice and spread evenly repeat the same process for other 2 layers.
6.Drizzle some lemon juice in between and spread all the mixture into layers.
7.Close the lid and cover the edges with dough,cookk on medium flame for 20 minutes till done.
8.Once done fluff the rice with spatula and transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
