Pachi Kobbari Cutlet

Ingredients:

1.Coconut powder
2.Carrot
3.Potatoes
4.Rice flour
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Green chillies
7.Turmeric
8.Oil
9.Salt

Preparation
:


1.Take a bowl add coconut milk,boiled and grated potatoes,grated carrot,green chilli paste,salt,ginger garlic paste,turmeric and mix well evenly.
2.Add rice flour to the mixture and mix well,prepare a dough mixture.
3.Prepare small cutlets and pierce it to a ice cream stick,keep aside.Repeat the same process for others.
4.Heat a pan,drizzle some oil and spread evenly.Place cutlets on pan and cook evenly on both sides till golden brown colour.Keep flipping in between and cook evenly.Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
