Paratha(Aloo)

1.Wheat flour
2.Salt to taste
3.Oil
4.Potatoes
5.Cumin powder
6.Coriander powder
7.Red chilli powder
8.Green chillies
9.Coriander leaves
10.Chaat masala powder
11.Ginger garlic paste

Preparation:

1.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour,salt and oil by adding some water as required.
2.Now take a bowl combine grated potatoes,cumin powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,green chillies,coriander leaves,chat masala powder and mix well.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add ginger garlic past,onions,cumin powder,red chilli powder,green chillies,salt,chat masala powder and saute for a minute till nice aroma.
4.Add potato to the frying pan and give it a good mix.Transfer into a bowl,add few drops to potato mixture and mix well.
5.Divide the dough into small portions and roll into a thin puri,place potato stuffing and wrap around the edges firmly.
6.Roll again into a thin layered paratha and cook on a hot pan,cook evenly on both sides till brown spots appear.Serve hot.
