Malai kofta


1.Paneer grated 1 cup
2.Boiled Potatoes 1 cup
3.Green chillies
4.Coriander powder
5.Cumin powder
6.Red chilli powder
7.Chopped nuts
8.Coriander chopped
10.Oil for deep frying
11.Salt to taste


1.Take a deep bowl add grated paneer,potatoes,mixed veggies,green chillies,coriander powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder,coriander leaves,salt and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Add assorted nuts,and prepare round koftas,coat well with corn flour.
3.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour on medium flame.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,salt a pinch and fry till nice golden colour.
5.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,tomatoes,red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder and  saute for few minutes by adding little water.
6.Cook till tender,now blend this fried mixture into a puree and keep aside.
7.Heat some oil in a pan,add black cumin seeds,when cumin sizzle add ground tomato puree,some water and bring it to boil.
8.Add fresh cream and bring it to a boil,add cashew nut powder,fried koftas and mix well.Switch off the flame.Sprinkle some garam masala powder,coriander leaves.Serve hot.
