Sooji halwa

Ingredients:

1.Bombay ravva
2.Sugar 1 cup
3.Butter
4.Raisins
5.Cashew nuts
6.Badam
7.Milk ( we can use water)

Preparation:

1.Melt some butter in a pan,add dry fruits and fry till nice golden colour.
2.Add bombay ravva and mix well,fry on medium flame till it turns into light brown colour.
3.Add sugar and mix well,immediately add water and give it a good mix.Add pinch of salt,saffron water.
4.Bring it to boil till mixture absorbs all water.Serve hot with drizzled ghee.
