Chilli chicken (Indo-chinese)

Ingredients:

1.Chicken
2.Ajinamoto
3.Capsicum
4.Cashew nuts
5.Celery
6.Chilli garlic paste
7.Chillies
8.Corn flour
9.Egg
10.Oil
11.Onions sliced
12.Pepper powder
13.Salt to taste
14.Soya sauce
15.Spring onions
16.Sugar

Preparation:

1.In a bowl add chicken cornflour,salt,ajinamoto,egg mix all these and add pepper powder mix again.
2.Heat sufficient oil in a pan,now deep fry the chicken pieces and keep aside.
3.Take another pan,add dried red chillies,ginger,garlic slices and saute for few seconds.
4.Add cashew nuts,capsicum,onions,celery,spring onions,red chilli powder,pepper,soya sauce,chilli garlic paste and mix well.
5.Then add ajinamoto, sugar, salt mix well,now add chicken stock or
water bring it a boil.
6.Add chicken mix well then add the
cornflour mixed in water about 4tps cook for few mins and the chilli
chicken is ready.
