2.Cashew nuts
3.Chana dal
4.Red chilli powder
5.Coriander leaves
6.Green chillies chopped
7.Coconut powder
8.Cumin seeds
9.Curry leaves
11.Mustard seeds
13.Dried red chillies
14.Turmeric powder
15.Urad dal


1.Cut dondakayalu into thin slices and deep fry till nice brown colour and keep aside.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,mustard,cumin,urad dal,curry leaves,cashew nuts and saute for few minutes till they turn into light brown colour.
3.Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coconut powder and saute for another few minutes.
4.Finally add fried dondakayalu slice and toss well.Serve hot.
