Ingredients:

1.Fish pieces cut into thin slices
2.Besan flour
3.Red chilli powder
4.Ajwain
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Baking soda
7.Coriander leaves
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add besan flour,red chilli powder,ajwain,salt,coriander leaves,baking soda,ginger garlic paste and mix well with water.
2.Prepare a smooth paste,now add fish pieces and coat well with the batter evenly.
3.Drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Transfer into a paper napkin and serve hot.(We can use bread crumbs,sabudana,sesame seeds for crunchyness)
