Ingredients:

1.Maida
2.Rice flour
3.Cardamom powder
4.Chana dal
5.Jaggery
6.Butter
7.Salt to taste
8.Bombay ravva

Preparation:

1.Boil channa dal and cook till it is well cooked and drain all water when hot.
2.Now powder the chana dal in a food processor.
3.Cook chana dal with jaggery,cardamom powder and mix well.
4.Make dough with maida,suji and rice flour add salt a pinch and butter or oil and make a smooth - soft dough.
5.After done,stuff the mixture in maida dough,press well and prepare a thin layered chapati and keep aside.
6.Heat a griddle and cook on both evenly by adding butter or ghee,serve hot.
