Zafrani pulao (Saffron rice)

Ingredients:

1.Rice
2.Badam
3.Birayni masala powder
4.Black cumin
5.Butter
6.Cashew nuts
7.Coriander leaves
8.Fried onions
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Pudina
11.Onions
12.Pomegranate seeds
13.Raisins
14.Saffron
15.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add whole garam masala,dry fruits and saute for1 second.
2.Add onions,ginger garlic paste,salt,coriander,pudina leaves and fry.
3.Add curd,biryani masala powder and saute for few seconds,add water,soaked rice and mix well.Cover and cook.
4.Cook till all the water is absorbed by rice,sprinkle some fried onions,saffron color,pomegranate seeds.
5.Top it with some butter and let it steam for another 5 minutes till done.Serve hot.
