Kheema matar

Ingredients:

1.Mutton
2.Green peas
3.Tomatoes
4.Oil
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Cinnamon stick
7.Cardamom
8.Cumin seeds
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Curd
12.Potatoes
13.Garam masala powder
14.Pepper corns
15.Garlic cloves
16.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cinnamon,cardamom,cumin seeds,onions,salt,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and saute for few minutes.
2.Add minced meat and saute well,fry for few minutes.
3.Add tomatoes,red chilli powder,curd and mix well.Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
4.After done add green peas,potatoes and give it a good mix.Sprinkle some garam masala powder.
5.Cover and cook for 5 more minutes,meanwhile pound pepper corns,garlic in mortar and pestle.Mix well.
6.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
