2.Onion grated
4.Red chilli powder or flakes
5.Baking powder
6.Curry leaves
7.Paneer grated
8.Oil for frying
9.Salt to taste


1.Take chamadumpa (arbi) remove the skin,grate the chamadumpalu,add paneer grated,onion chopped,curry leaves,red chilli paste.
2.Take maida,add baking powder,now add this mixture to chamadumpa and add some salt.Mix well.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Slolwy drop the mixture into hot oil like vadas and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Cook evenly on medium heat and serve hot.
