Cabbage Kofta Curry

Ingredients:

1.Cabbage finely shredded
2.Chana dal
3.Shajeera
4.Green chillies
5.Red chilli powder
6.Besan flour
7.Onion
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Turmeric powder
10.Coriander powder
11.Cumin powder
12.Cashew nut powder
13.Curd
14.Dry pudina powder
15.Oil

Preparation:

1.Boil some water in a pan,then add the finely chopped cabbage.boil the chana daal till its 70%done.add the chana daal to the steaming cabbage,cover and cook till the cabbage is soft and cooked completely and also the daal.
2.when they are done put them on a muslin cloth and squeeze out all the water from it.reserve the water.
3.Now take cabbage,chana dal to that add pinch of shahi jeera,red chilli powder,chopped green chilli,salt,little besan and mix everything.
4.Prepare round balls,heat sufficient oil for deep frying.Drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
5.Heat some oil in the pan,add shahi jeera and then onion,little salt and cook the onions till they are slightly brown.then add the turmeric and ginger garlic paste.
6.add the reserved water to it.then add the red chilli powder,coriander powder and cumin powder and mix well and then add curd and bring it to boil till gravy consistency.
7.Add cashew nuts powder and mix well till gravy thicken,add dry mint powder,kofta balls and mix well.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
