Fish biryani


1.Biryani masala
2.Red chilli powder
3.Coriander leaves
5.Dill leaves
6.Whole garam masala
8.Fried onions
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Green chillies
12.Pudina leaves
14.Salt to taste
15.Turmeric powder


1.First marinate fish with red chilli powder,turmeric powder,oil,lemon juice,salt,biryani masala and mix well,keep aside for 30 min.
2.In a pan add little oil and cook the marinated fish and keep a side.
3.In the same pan,add curd,biryani masala,pudina leaves,coriander leaves,dill leaves,ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes.
4.Now add lemon juice,green chillies,salt,fried onions and mix well.
5.Now boil the rice,cook till rice is half boiled.Now in the masala pan add the half cooked rice spread evenly add colour, onions, then spread the Fish pieces and masala.
6.Cover and cook for 20 minutes till its done.Serve hot.
